The couple did not sell the property until 1930. The hotel was sold to Arnaldo Bennati, a popular shipbuilder. To revive the establishment's former glory, <strong>the latter organized a major restoration.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Today, fate is sending the Bauer in Venice back to Austrian buyers. It now belongs to SIGNA Holding, and they're not about to let go of this magnificent building.<\/p>\n<p>And so begins a new chapter in the history of the iconic Venetian hotel. The management is keeping the hotel in pristine condition as a tribute to the original owners.
