The Generator is located on the island of Giudecca opposite Venice. It's a little removed from the crowds that crowd the city center. But you're still right in the heart of the action, and it only takes a few minutes to get to Venice itself.
In fact, the Vaporetto can take you to St. Mark's very quickly. From here, you can explore the rest of the city and discover Venice's most beautiful spots. The island of Giudecca is not uninteresting either. In fact, there are gardens and religious establishments.
An exceptionally stylish inn
This trendy youth hostel is housed in a former grain warehouse. Bare brick walls, pipes and exposed beams add character to the place. The interiors are dark, with leather sofas, velvet armchairs, heavy burgundy curtains and jungle-leaf wallpaper.

Decent rooms just a few steps from the center of Venice
Rooms are spread over three color-coded floors: purple, blue and yellow. Dormitories can accommodate from 4 to 16 people.
