The garnishes are exceptional. Only the freshest vegetables and charcuterie purchased the same day are used. What's more, seafood lovers will be delighted by the large selection of pizzas available.
The strong point of this pizzeria is its prices, as the owner has made a point of offering a gourmet-style pizza in Venice that remains accessible to all. Reflecting the Italian tradition of pizza for the people.
For lunch here, you'll need between 12 and 15 euros.
Pizza in Venice: 1000 Gourmets
1000 gourmets try to be as faithful as possible to the name, offering traditional Neapolitan pizzas. Simple toppings and a wide choice of different flours make this an excellent pizza stop in Venice within the city limits.
They also make the best gluten-free pizza in Venice, in case you're having trouble finding something decent gluten-free. A wide selection of starters is also on offer, as well as local dishes that are always a welcome addition to the traditional pizza menu.

Alla conchiglia has been serving pizzas in Venice for 25 years. Maurizio and his wife will always welcome you with open arms. Their pizza is halfway between the typical Italian conciliatory pizza and the more tender Neapolitan specialty, appealing to many different palates.
Order a classic like the "Margherita" or the "Marinara", or something unique like the sundried tomato and pesto pizza. Some great Neapolitan classics are also on offer: the "friarielli and sausage" pizza is not to be missed!
You can eat at this pizzeria for just a few euros. In fact, on average, you should expect to pay between 5 and 10 euros per meal.
There are many places that offer good pizza in Venice that aren't on this list. Sometimes, the best pizza can come from a simple bakery and can be eaten at any time of day. Don't hesitate to try one of the fast-food restaurants serving pizza in Venice. However, be sure to ask if the pizza was frozen, as this usually makes all the difference. If possible, try the pizza in nearby Mestre, where there's more choice. Remember that most pizzerias in Italy are only open at night, unless the place is very touristy.
