Discover the Cannaregio district
Cannaregio is the Venice's Jewish quarter and it's a little way from the main tourist attractions, so you can enjoy a quiet visit.

There's no shortage of museums and palaces in Venice! I highly recommend visiting some of them, as they include many famous works of art. But you can also admire their façadessome of them masterful.
In addition to the unmissable Palazzo Ducale, the the Peggy Guggenheim collection or the aforementioned Palazzo Ca' d'Oro, I recommend a visit to the Correr Museum dedicated to the history of the townthe Accademia museum, with works by the most famous Venetian painters, or the astonishing Palazzo Contarini del bovolo !
Visit Venice's most beautiful churches
There are many superb churches in Venice. I invite you to enter them, to delight in the mosaics, sculptures or paintings they may contain.
Don't miss Santa Maria della Salute for its dome, which offers a breathtaking view of the city. Or Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari for the many sculptures it contains.
I also recommend a visit to the Basilica of San Giovanni e Paolo to admire the tombs of 27 doges, or even the Basilica of San Giorgio Maggiore, located on the island of the same name, which gives you a bird's eye view of Venice's main island!
