When you visit the Venice city centerYou won't see any buses or cars, as the primary means of transport in this city on the water is by car. the vaporetto - or boat-bus - which lets you travel the Serenissima's canals like a Venetian.

What does the Venice Bus Pass include?
The Venice Public Transport Pass allows you to use all transportation of the city - bus, vaporetti and even some trains - during your stay.
It is available in several versions to suit your needs: 75 min, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days or 7 days.

How do I use the bus in Venice?

Here's what you need to know about this Bus Pass in Venice, to make the most of it.
Rates and booking
- 75-minute ticket: 9.99 euros, with Vaporetto only
- 1-day transport pass + Trenitalia regional trains: 26 euros
- 2-day transport pass: 37 euros
- 3-day transport pass: 48 euros
- 7-day pass: 69 euros
- Free for children under 6
An individual bus ticket costs 1.50 euro and the vaporetto ticket costs 7.50 euros. It's quite expensive, and it's easy to make the Pass pay for itself in just a few trips.
You'll need to book this Pass online, choosing the date of your arrival and the duration of validity you're interested in. You'll receive instant confirmation on your mobile devices, and simply need to redeem the coupon once you're in Venice!
Opening hours
These buses generally run between 6 a.m. and midnight and a shuttle (N2) runs overnight from Venice city center to Mestre station, departing every 30 minutes.
